Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using the Nirenga platform (https://nirenga.com), you are deemed to have accepted these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Nirenga is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that uses artificial intelligence technology to produce text-based talking avatar videos. Users benefit from the video production service by purchasing credits.

3. Account Creation

• You must register with a valid e-mail address to use the platform.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality and security of your account information.
• Persons under 18 years of age may not register on the platform.
• One person may not create more than one account.

4. Credit System

• Video production works on a credit basis. Each video consumes a certain amount of credits depending on its duration and quality.
• Credits can be obtained by purchase or through promotional codes.
• Purchased credits do not expire; however, if the account is deleted, unused credits are not refunded.
• Free credits granted as a welcome bonus are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the platform, you agree to comply with the following rules:

• Not to produce unlawful content
• Not to create content that infringes the rights of others
• Not to produce hate speech, violent or obscene content
• Not to create misleading content for deepfake purposes
• To refrain from actions that could damage the platform infrastructure
• Not to use automated bots or scrapers

6. Intellectual Property

• The Nirenga platform, its design, logo and software belong to Nirenga.
• The rights to the video content created by users belong to the user in return for the use of credits.
• The avatars and voices offered on the platform are licensed for use within the platform only.

7. Service Level

• Nirenga aims for 99.9% availability of the platform but does not guarantee it.
• Users are informed before planned maintenance work.
• Credits used during service interruptions caused by technical failures may be refunded.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Nirenga reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms of use without prior notice. In this case, no refund is made for unused credits.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nirenga cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that may arise from the use of content produced through the platform. Users are responsible for the content they produce.

10. Dispute Resolution

The Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms of use.

11. Changes

Nirenga reserves the right to update these terms of use without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page.
